The kids have been wanting to go sledding most of the winter. Not only because it’s fun but because they got new sleds for Christmas. Finally we had a weekend to get out and had the perfect weather so off to the “Big Hill” we went.

Paige had a field trip to Chapin Forest this morning to go cross country skiing. I took the morning off and went with her. It was a lot of fun. Carter couldn’t make the trip but Paige wants to go again so maybe we can get back there this weekend.

The winter snow finally came on New Year’s Day and it gave the kids a chance to get out and play with some new winter toys.
