We spent Thanksgiving back in PA with Grandma and Pap-pap. It was a short trip but a lot got packed in and the visit was great. Even managed to get some snow on our last day there. Enough to build some snowmen!

Carter turned eight on Monday. The party started Sunday afternoon though. His cousins came over to share cake with him and deliver a few presents.

Just finished playing our fourth game of the season. Carter’s been playing great. Two goals in the first two games and on the defensive side he’s been solid.
He’s become pretty fearless in the box.
Hard to get a picture of him on offense. He’s always on the move.

School started this week. Carter had his first day of second grade on Tuesday. Paige and Lori didn’t have their first days until today – Friday. Not that they were still on vacation. Lori was in meetings most of the week and Paige had her meet the teacher and a pre-kindergarten assesment test on Tuesday. [...]
